If you prefer scraping your product onto a makeup-palette before mixing, it has the same results. Wet a makeup brush with water. Mix the wet brush with the POWER LINER. When a creamy consistency is achieved, you may start applying it. Let the product completely dry before putting the lid back on. Please keep in mind that these liners are not meant to be layered.
